Chef de Cuisine David Graham comes to us from Napa Valley having worked with several well-known chefs across the country. Hailing from Napa, David’s love for both food and wine gives him ample experience within the wineries and kitchens that have made Napa Valley world famous. After opening his own restaurant in the Rouge Valley of Oregon, Chef David is bringing his unique perspective on wine-friendly menus and refined hospitality to Toledo.

Taking the helm at Final Cut will allow Chef David to build on our tradition of the award winning fine dining cuisine. He will bring a sense of Napa Valley fusion cuisine to the Midwest. It will delight the senses by marrying fine wine with fantastic food.
