Bus Group MONTHLY INCENTIVES

Group Registration Information

  • Groups must be registered with Hollywood Casino Toledo prior to arrival.
  • Reservations must be made by completing the application below.
  • Please ensure a two-week lead time for all bus group reservations. A confirmation letter will be sent once details are finalized. Unscheduled or unregistered bus groups will not be eligible for incentives.
  • Groups must be 15 or more passengers.
  • Must have a valid government issued photo ID and email to receive incentives offered on day of arrival.

How can I reserve seating in one of your restaurants?
Please reference restaurant of choice on your group application and accommodations will be provided if possible.

Do you offer any dining credits or comps
Bus groups receive Free SlotPlay® offers only. Please check our website for special bus group monthly offers.

Can mychoice® cards be sent via mail before arrival?
Unfortunately not. All guests in need of a mychoice® card can sign up with a valid photo ID at Player Services.

Do you have a hotel?
There is no hotel on property, however, we do carry special rates at many local hotels for casino guests. Various hotels may also provide shuttle services and transportation.
